Attention all! 
In order to keep your school issued laptop, you MUST have your parent or guardian complete the Student Device Loan Agreement in Focus! This is the ONLY way you will be permitted to take your device. Please see picture below and/or pdf attached for instructions on how they can complete this form (if you have not already done so).
